Jeanette H. WigginsPRESIDENTSISP Design Integration (SDI) Engineer for the Wintel Server Utility group (WSU) within Bank of America's Network Computing Group (NCG). In this position I engineer system designs for bank applications for projects that deploy Application and File & Print servers to data centers all over the Country. Prior to the Fleet/Bank of America merger, I was the lead Infrastructure Engineer for Fleet, supporting the Desktop and Server Technology in 4 data centers in RI. I have worked for the "Bank" for over 21 years. I have a BS in Computer Systems Management and a Masters degree in the art of Teaching, both from Johnson & Wales University. I have been a member of BDPA-RI since it was chartered in 2002. I have held several Board of Director positions including President-Elect and Director of the High School Computer Training Program. I am currently serving my second year as President of the Organization. I am also the Youth Director for NLCBC, serve as a Sunday School Teacher for the Juniorsclass and serve as a Big Sister in the girls Mentorship Program.Email: pres@bdpari.org |

Paul Jean-LaurentVP FINANCEPaul Jean-Laurent is an Application Developer at Bank Of America. I have over 15 years of Information Technology experience from working for 4 different companies. I graduated from Rhode Island College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science. I enjoy discussing IT with other IT professionals. I am a co-founder of BDPA Rhode Island and also director of HSCC (high school computer competition). Judy Venter-GainesHigh School Computer CoordinatorJudy M. Venter-Gaines is a recent member of the RI Black Data Processors Association. Judy has accepted the position as the High School Computer Coordinator and has a genuine interest recruiting students who may be interested in exploring Information Technology and hopes to encourage them to seek higher education by sharing her knowledge and experience. She obtained a M. S. in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven, A.S. degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a B.A. in History from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Prior to joining BDPA she worked for the Providence School Lunch program, was a contractor for USDA as a Nutritionist and Research Chief for the US Army. As a volunteer at McCauley Village she developed and implemented a Nutritional/Cooking curriculum for residents. Her mission is to assist students achieve their goals.Email: jmvg1@aol.com |
